Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. 
By reading this you accept all terms and conditions stated here.

Contract of Sale

All orders that you place with us in person or through our website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  When you place an order to purchase from Black Sheep Creations we will send you an email confirming receipt and details of your order.  The final acceptance of your order will be complete at the time we send you a dispatch confirmation email.  Any products from the order not confirmed in the invoice enclosed with the dispatch confirmation email have not been purchased and for. The ownership remains with Black Sheep Creations until payment of the order has been made.

There is no Minimum order value, but there is a delivery Charge.  We are not currently VAT registered.

While every effort Is made to send complete orders, we reserve the right to amend to the nearest multiple.  All items should be ordered in pack quantities.

Mainland UK deliver

Delivery cost is £12.75 up to 25kg.  For Wholesale contracts, we offer FREE delivery on all orders over £250.00.

Europe (Inc. Ireland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands) delivery

All invoices are on Proforma basis only (your order will be shipped once we have received payment for it).

Delivery is charged per order value and differs by country.  We will inform you of the postage cost before dispatch when we settle payment.  Delivery charges are reduced for orders over £500 and are free for orders over £1000.

Export (outside of Europe)

All invoices are on proforma basis only (your order will be shipped once we have received payment for it).  You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own delivery.  Please provide us with your shipper details and European shipper address.

Products

All goods are subject to availability and whilst we endeavour to keep good stock levels at all time, we regret we cannot always guarantee to have all products in stock.  We will inform you of any items that are unavailable as soon as we possibly can to avoid disappointment.

Incorrect orders/Goods not received/Breakages

Should any of the goods supplied arrive damaged, or do not meet the requirements stated on your original order, Black Sheep Scented Candles shall have no liability unless you notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.  All items that have been damaged through transit, can be refused a point of delivery or should be kept by you until you have notified us and supplied sufficient evidence of said damage.
